WirelessHART vibrating fork liquid level switch combines Emerson’s wireless expertise with the Rosemount 2100 series vibrating short fork technology. It has all the same features as the wired level switches in the Rosemount 2100 series, but without the complication and cost of wiring. The Rosemount 2120 is based on vibrating short fork technology, making it suitable for virtually all liquid applications. Features include a complete range of process connections, wide choice of housing and wetted parts materials, five different switching functions, extended fork lengths, hazardous area, basic self-checking functionality, and overfill approvals. The 2120 can withstand temperatures up to 302 °F (150 °C) and pressures to 1450 psig (100 barg). This combination of features makes it configurable to almost all requirements.
The Rosemount 2110 is based on vibrating short fork technology, making it suitable for most fluid applications. Features include a rugged stainless steel body and fork, economical threaded connections or hygienic connections, direct load switching or PNP output, and overfill approval. The Rosemount 2110 withstands temperatures up to 300 °F (150 °C) and pressures to 1450 psig (100 barg) and is for use in safe areas. As a result, the Rosemount 2110 is ideal for OEM applications.
