Our highly trained team of engineers and specialist workshops can normally provide repair to all instrument types and of any manufacture.
Our versatile production facilities at BKW include extensive machining capability, diaphragm seal facility, calibration laboratory, temperature facility, valve workshop, flow facility and engineering resources that ensure that we can complete repairs and refurbishments a lot faster than a manufacturer normally takes to supply a new replacement instrument. This service has the added benefit of reducing operational down time and in most instances at a much lower cost. All repairs at BKW are supplied with a minimum one year warranty.
One of our core repair services at BKW is the repair of diaphragm seal systems.
BKW have extensive knowledge and experience of diaphragm seal systems and all our engineers are fully trained at world leading facilities and as a result we are a “Wika Centre of Excellence” for these systems of which includes the processes we use to manufacture the assemblies.
BKW offer a minimum 3-year warranty on any repaired or refurbish seal system where Wika diaphragm seals are fitted.
It is inevitable that some instrumentation is beyond reasonable or safe repair, in these instances BKW will be able to supply new replacement instrumentation either from our vast stock of instruments or from our suppliers.
